How much will I pay for shipping?

Any orders $60 or over will be shipped to your nominated address free of charge. For those orders under $60, shipping is a $8.95 flat fee Australia wide and will be delivered by Australia Post as our preferred carrier.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We dispatch orders 1-2 business days after being received. Standard Australia Post delivery windows are as follows:

Within Victoria:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days

All other states:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days
Country - 3-10 business days

Can I track my delivery?

All deliveries are sent with a tracking number that you will receive as part of your confirmation email.

What happens if my delivery doesn’t arrive?

If for some reason your delivery does not reach your home address, we will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf. If the parcel tracking shows it did not reach your address and we are unable to find the item, we will send you a replacement order, free of charge.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

No, at this stage we only ship domestically.

How are your items packaged?

All of our products are hand-packed and we ship all of our items plastic free. This means you’ll find cardboard, tissue paper and kraft paper in our deliveries and no plastic bubblewrap or packaging. Our products are also delivered in HEROPACK mailers which are 100% compostable.
